Michael J. Carbone

Michael J. Carbone, 65, passed away at his home on September 25, 2026. He was born on January 16, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Vincent and Josephine Carbone.

Michael grew up in Elk Grove Village, where he spent his younger years playing hockey, traveling, and enjoying the freedom of riding his Harley. His motorcycle was a special part of his younger years, and he loved the adventures and memories that came with it. He had a love for experiencing new places and making memories along the way.

Michael was truly one of the kindest people you could ever know. He had a generous heart and a gentle spirit, and he cared deeply for the people around him. He was someone who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, traveling, and creating memories with those he loved.

Michael worked for Corvette Coring before retiring. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his love for his family, and the many memories he created throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Josephine Carbone, and his brothers, Frank and Marty Carbone.

Michael was a devoted partner, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his beloved partner, Roxanne; his children, Nicholas, Ashley, and Christopher; his grandchildren, Vincent, Addison, and Emelia; and his sister, Kathy Carbone. He will also be deeply missed by extended family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Michael’s memory will live on through his family and in the hearts of everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
