Michelle Marie Polo

Michelle Marie Polo (Blair) passed away peacefully Friday, January 22, 2016 surrounded by her family at the age of 30. She is survived by her husband, John Polo, daughter, Emma Krumrey, grandmother, Adrienne Blair, and many aunts, uncles, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Preceded in death by her father, Kevin Blair, mother, Rose Blair, and sister, Nicole Blair.

A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, January 2 7, 2016 from 3pm – 9pm at Salerno’s Galewood Funeral Chapels at 1857 North Harlem Avenue in Chicago. Funeral service is Thursday, January 28, 2016 8:45am – 9:45am at funeral home. Church service 10am at St. Giles Church, 1045 Columbian Avenue, Oak Park.
