Patricia Anne (Chiaramonte) Feick passed away unexpectedly on July 6, 2026. She was loved greatly and will be deeply missed as a devoted wife, loving mother, and extremely proud grandmother. She also valued her extended family and friends tremendously.
Patricia was born on December 29, 1946, in Chicago, to Anthony and Valentina Chiaramonte. She was the second of three girls, growing up with sisters Elaine and Linda in Elmwood Park, Illinois. She graduated from Trinity High School, River Forest. She met her husband Harold, and they were married on April 6, 1968 at St. Vincent Ferrer church in River Forest.
Harold and Pat had two children and built a wonderful life together. They lived for 41 years in Itasca, where they were longtime members of Saint Peter the Apostle parish. Patricia had an early career as a hairdresser, later spending many years as a manager at JCPenney at Woodfield Mall. She enjoyed staying busy, whether it was working, helping at her children’s school, going out with friends, or travelling. Gracious and kind, she made sure everyone in her life felt loved and welcome.
Most of all, she treasured spending time with her family. There were many meals shared together; big, loud parties for all the special occasions; trips to the theater; vacations; and the grandchildren were welcome in her home anytime for an impromptu sleepover, where “Oma” would join in on all the silliness and games.
Lucelia wanted to add, “My Oma was the sweetest person I know. She gave me the best hugs where she would sway while holding me in her arms, she would always tell me how proud of me she was, and how much she loved me. She never missed my birthdays or dance recitals, and if she couldn’t make it she would send a letter or text. She was genuinely the best grandma ever and I already miss her so much. I love you Oma so much and pray that you are being taken care of up there.”
Patricia is survived by her beloved husband Harold; loving children Karl (Amy) Feick and Erica (Joshua) Sajtar; cherished grandchildren Anthony, Claudia, Evan, Harrison, Sophia, Morgan, Tobias, Lucelia and Camden; “favorite little sister” Linda (Carlo) Rossi; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
