Pauline Sullivan

Pauline Sullivan, born on August 18, 1936, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2025. A devoted mother and loving figure to many, Pauline was known for her unwavering commitment to caring for others. Throughout her life, she embodied selflessness, always putting the needs of her family and friends above her own.

Pauline, whose maiden name was Novello, was cherished for her culinary talents. She thrived in the kitchen, pouring her heart into cooking and baking, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who gathered around her table. Her culinary creations were not just meals; they were expressions of love and care that left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to share them.

She is survived by her beloved children, Pauline (Gene) Dengler and Gigi (James) Schwerdtfeger, who will carry forward her legacy of kindness and warmth. Pauline was also a proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Dana Marie (John) Hillock and Alyssa (Anthony) Shimkus, enriching their lives with her wisdom and love. In addition to her immediate family, she was a devoted sister, sister-in-law, a cherished aunt, and a great aunt to many, leaving behind a wide circle of loved ones who will remember her fondly.

Pauline was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Sullivan, whose memory she held dear throughout her life. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Pauline Novello, who instilled in her the values of compassion and generosity that she practiced daily.

As we remember Pauline, we recall her spirit which will continue to inspire all who knew her, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
