Riccardo “Pops” Parducci passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026, at the admirable age of 96. Born on March 23, 1930, Riccardo lived a full and remarkable life that touched all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Riccardo was beloved by his family, who were the heart of his world. He is survived by his devoted wife, Giovanna Parducci, who provided unwavering companionship and love through every season of life. He leaves behind his son, Joseph Parducci, and daughter-in-law, Marissa Parducci, whose lives have been forever enriched by Riccardo’s wisdom, support, and gentle guidance.

Riccardo’s family circle also extends to those loved ones who preceded him in death. He is fondly remembered by the spirits of his dear brothers, Ugo and Giulio Parducci, whose memories he cherished throughout his lifetime.

Throughout his long life, Riccardo pursued simple joys and meaningful work. He found great satisfaction in life on the open road, working as a truck driver—an occupation that brought him a sense of “Freedom,” which he treasured. His connection to the land was evident through his love of gardening, nurturing growth and beauty from the earth with patience and care.

After many years of dedication to his work, Riccardo retired 34 years ago. He embraced retirement with gratitude, enjoying a good quality of life and filling his days with the hobbies and interests he so enjoyed. Whether tending to his garden or sharing stories from the road, Riccardo exemplified a life well-lived—rooted in joy, simplicity, and steadfast values.

Riccardo’s presence was a quiet anchor to those who knew him—a source of steady encouragement and unwavering kindness. His legacy exists in the stories recounted by loved ones, in the memories they hold, and in the enduring appreciation for a life dedicated to family, hard work, and the beauty of a free spirit.
