Richard Partlow, Age 69. Beloved husband of Gail nee Wagner. Beloved son of the late Lloyd and Betty (nee Whitaker) Partlow. Dear brother of Lloyd (Shawn) Partlow, Jr., Wayne “Bud” (Loura) Partlow, Cindy Partlow, Dee Partlow and the late Brenda and Tom Partlow. Cherished brother-in-law of Marilyn (late Jimmy) Termini. Devoted uncle of Nicole Termini, Ashley (Phil) Cyr and many other nieces and nephews. Proud great uncle of Jimmy and Lincoln Cyr.
