Rocco Macri; Beloved Husband of Louise (nee Merola); Devoted Father of Rose (the late William Murray) Macri, Pasquale Rocco (Luisa) Macri, and Martino (Maria) Macri; Dear Brother of Elizabeth Porn, Antoinette Volsansky, Rosemarie Salva, and the late Theresa Scozzari, John Macri, Josephine Macri; Adored Grandpa of Louisa (David) Marks, Giuseppina, Brianna (Eric) Rivera, Alena and Matteo; Cherished Great Grandpa of D’Mario. Man of very few words but always put others before himself. He was a proud Korean Conflict veteran. He married the love of his life Louise, inn 1966. They had three children. He spent many years proudly working at Mercedes Benz. After retiring he spent his time tinkering in his garage. he had a love for coin collecting, gun collecting and hunting. he spent his later years surrounded by his wife, children, grandchildren and his famiy. Funeral Saturday at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St, Roselle, 60172 (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle RD). Service at 11:30 a.m. Entombment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
