Rosa Zaccaro, born in Triggiano, Italy on September 13, 1920 to Francesco and Cristina. Devoted wife of Giacomo, cherished mother of Domenico (Laura); Loving grandmother of Gianna (Michael), Rocco, Vincenza and great-grandmother of Vivianna and Giovanna; Dear aunt to Frank (Joanne), Peter (Aida), Vince, Cristina (Vito), Nick (Donna), Agatha (Don), Anthony, Frank (Maria), Christine (Ron), Louis, Eugene (Arlene), Arlene (Ron); Loving Zia to many nieces and nephews.
After a remarkable 105 years, a life lived to its fullest, she passed away gently, surrounded by the love she so generously gave. Her long journey concluded peacefully leaving behind a legacy of love that will forever comfort those who knew her.
Her adventurous spirit led her to immigrate to the United States following her beloved brothers and sisters to forge a new life. It was here in this new land of opportunity that she met the love of her life Giacomo, and together gave birth to their one and only child Domenico and together they built a family that became her world.
While she never persued a career outside the home, her life's work was a masterpiece of love and dedication within it. Her greatest joy and unwavering purpose was her family, and she poured every ounce of her being into nurturing and caring for us.
She leaves behind so many beautiful memories and cherished moments, each one a testament to a life lived with profound love and devotion.
