Rose Mary Kasper

Rose Mary Kasper, née Zaworski, a cherished soul whose life was woven with devotion, kindness, and warmth, passed away on May 31, 2026. Born on November 18, 1935, in Chicago, Rose's journey was marked by a steadfast commitment to her family, faith, and community.

After dedicating 25 meaningful years to Sears, Rose embraced retirement with the same zest she had for life. She was an avid gardener, tending to her blooms with the tender care that mirrored her nature. Her love for baking filled many homes with the sweet aroma of her beloved cookies, a small but profound gift she shared generously. Rose enjoyed shopping trips and the occasional game on the slot machines, moments of simple joy that added to her vibrant spirit.

A deeply religious woman, Rose found solace and strength in her faith. She was devoted to St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, where she volunteered tirelessly and supported numerous charitable causes. Her commitment to service reflected a heart that gave freely and loved deeply. Known as a friend to many, she cherished her social engagements with the Addison Senior Club, embracing fellowship and community with genuine delight.

Rose’s legacy lives on through her loving family: her children Patricia (Dennis) Paszko, Nancy (Greg) Guidolin, and Leonard (Sharon) Kasper. She was a proud grandmother to Kimberlee Paszko, Andrew (Jamie) Paszko, Brittney Guidolin, Richard (Beth) Guidolin, Leah (Jacob) Kirby, Daniel (Chelsea) Kasper, Kenneth Kasper, and Thomas Kasper. Her spirit also nurtured the hearts of her great-grandchildren Braxton Paszko, Eli Faile, and Graham Guidolin, who carry forward the light she shone so brightly.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, Ronald Kasper, whose memory remains a cherished part of her story.
