Rosemary Bzowy, a cherished member of her family and community, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on December 1, 1931, Rosemary lived a life rich with love, laughter, and incredible memories, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew her.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Walter Bzowy, and her parents, John and Frances Eggersdorfer. Her devoted siblings, Frank Eggersdorfer and John (Joan) Eggersdorfer, as well as her son-in-law Jeffrey, whose presence in her life brought her joy.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Kathleen (late Jeffrey) Siegel, Karen (Frank) Pascolla, Judy (Jeff) Jackowiak, and Joan (Marty) Gannon. Each of them carries the warmth of her sense of humor, a quality that brought laughter and light to family gatherings and everyday moments.
Rosemary took great pride in her role as a grandmother, leaving a lasting impact on her grandchildren: Joseph Pascolla, Michael (Leslie) Pascolla, Natalie (Doug) Forth, Tracy Quadri, John Jackowiak, Tim (Sarah) Jackowiak, Brian (Julie) Gannon, Jake (Lacey) Gannon, Katy (Steve) Kimlicka, and Kevin Gannon. The joy she found in their accomplishments and the time spent together was evident, and her spirit will continue to inspire them.
Her legacy extends even further with the arrival of her great-grandchildren: Stella Mary Pascolla, Evelina Pascolla, James Pascolla, Mason Forth, Maxwell Forth, Myles Forth, Charles Jackowiak, Stanley Jackowiak, Leo Gannon, Anna Gannon, Nora Gannon, Annie Gannon, Josie Gannon, Luke Gannon, Caleb Kimlicka, Nellie Kimlicka, and Graham Kimlicka. Rosemary's love for her family blossomed with each new addition, enriching her life and the lives of those around her.
Additionally, she was a dear aunt to many nieces and nephews and a fond cousin to the late Ann Soderlund, who remembers her with affection and gratitude.
As we reflect on the beautiful life of Rosemary Bzowy, we celebrate her unwavering spirit, infectious laughter, and the profound love she shared with her family and friends. Her memories will live on in the hearts of all who had the honor of knowing her.
