Samuel P. “Sam” DeStefano, age 86, of Addison, US Navy Veteran of Korean War, Member of Carpenters Local Union 1185 for 65 years. Beloved husband of Lillian nee: Hajduk; Devoted father of Louise (William) Collins, Theresa (Paul) Jamroz, Peter (Debbie), Sam (Rose), Maria (Phil) Casto, Rosanne and Paula DeStefano; Dear Grandfather of Natalie Dominick, Stephanie and Ashley Collins, Juliann Jamroz, Nicholas, Michael, Anthony and Samantha DeStefano, Michael and Leah Casto and Steven Mike. Funeral Friday 9:00 a.m. from Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd) to St. Philip the Apostle Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Mausoleum. Visitation Thursday 3-9 p.m.
