Sharon A. White, born on December 9, 1954, in a loving family, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love to all who knew her.
Sharon was a devoted wife to Jay White and a caring mother to her children, including Howard McRae (Jenell McRae), David White, Shannon White (Frank Stromdahl) and Christal Perez (Angel Perez). She shared a special bond with her sister, Karen Giambalvo Porter, and her brother, Phillip Giambalvo (Jacqueline Giambalvo). Her family expanded with nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, whom she adored immensely and took great pride in.
Her life was filled with interests that brought her joy and creativity. Lately, Sharon enjoyed the intricate artistry of Diamond Art, allowing her to express her creativity, while earlier in life, she took pleasure in crocheting. These hobbies reflected her nurturing spirit and love for crafting.
Sharon is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Shirley Giambalvo, her father, Frank Giambalvo, and her sister, Eileen Giambalvo. Their memories will forever remain in the hearts of her surviving family.
A service to honor Sharon’s life will be held on December 13, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, located at 450 W Lake St, Roselle, IL 60172. During this time, family and friends will gather to celebrate her remarkable life and the indelible impact she had on everyone around her.
Though she may no longer walk among us, Sharon A. White’s spirit, love, and warmth will continue to resonate in the hearts of her family and friends for generations to come.
