Shirley Hopkins Cantore, Sept. 25, 1915-Sept. 27, 2015; Born in Whitten, Iowa. Passed away peacefully at Sunrise Center, Bloomingdale, IL. Beloved wife of the late Harold Arthur Cantore and Fond sister of the late Gene C. Hopkins. Devoted mother of Harold A. (Helen) Cantore, Jr. and Preston H. (Virginia) Cantore. Loving grandmother of Jennifer A. (Adam) Cantore Eichorn, Andrew M. (Michelle) Scott and Elizabeth M. (Brandon) Cantore Bassir. Dear Great grandmother of Frederick Eichorn, Novella Eichorn, Lula Blade-Scott and Camden Bassir. Shirley was a registered nurse for many years from West Suburban School of Nursing, Oak Park, Il. She was a loyal member of St. Paul Evangelical Church in Bloomingdale, IL. Visitation will be on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels 450 W.
