Theresa D. Jacobazzi

We are heartbroken for the passing of our beloved mother, Theresa Jacobazzi. She enjoyed dancing, golfing, music, bowling, cooking delicious meals, traveling the world, and most importantly, spending time with the beautiful family she created. She leaves behind 3 daughters, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She will be deeply and sadly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
