Thomas Martin Folan, 81, of Chicago IL, reunited with the love of his life Diane (Dellacroce) on Thursday, August 22nd, 2024. Loving father of 5 daughters; Diane (Joseph Lopez) Tracy (Al Stubenvoll), Daniele (Mike ODonnell), Cory (John Kerpiniotis) and in loving memory of Dawn. Proud grandfather, Papa T of 10 grandchildren; Gina, Joseph, Jennifer, Nicki, Breana, Joey, Nicko, Dino, Luke and Kaitlyn. Great Grandfather of 4; Bradley, Jolene, Logan, and Olivia. Beloved son of William and Catherine Folan Youngest of 12 brothers and sisters; Betty Bellezza (John), Ruth Kohen (Art), Bill, Dorothy Bunta (Ed), Marion Sullivan (Tom), John (Rosemary), Pat Griffin (Don), Gerrie, Donald, Mike (Carol), Dan (Sunhee). Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, August 30th from 10am-12pm at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapel, 450 W Lake St, Roselle, IL. Interment: Mount Carmel Cemetery.
