Tony Demarinis, a devoted husband, father, grandfather and a man of talent, passed away July 3, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on January 20, 1948, in Mola di Bari, Italy, Tony embraced life with a spirit that resonated through all he did.
Tony was well-known for his ability to work with his hands, a skill that truly defined him. Whether it was building something new from scratch or creatively repurposing materials, he had an extraordinary knack for turning ideas into reality. His ingenuity and resourcefulness were evident in every project he undertook, and he took great pride in his work.
In addition to his impressive craftsmanship, Tony had a deep love for gardening and fishing. These hobbies not only provided him with joy but also allowed him to connect with nature, reflecting his appreciation for the beauty of the world around him.
Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Angela Demarinis, who stood by his side through thick and thin. He is also cherished by his daughter, Rose (Tony) Rio, and his grandson, AJ, both of whom brought immense joy to his life. His family extended to his sister-in-law, Theresa (Jim) Boyle, as well as his nephew and nieces, Nicholas, Jaime, and Jennifer, who will carry his legacy forward.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Vincenzo and Rosa Demarinis, who instilled in him values that guided his life.
As we remember Tony Demarinis, we honor a man who did not just build with his hands but also built lasting relationships filled with love and warmth. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
