William M. Smith age 87, proud Korean War Veteran and hero, passed away on January 25, 2021 in his home after many years of illness, with his wife Joann, son Timothy and his wife, Cindy, at his side.

Sadly because of Covid his other children Thomas, Donna and her husband Marc were not able to travel to be with their father.

William is survived by his beloved wife Joanne, his loving children Thomas, Donna (Marc), Timothy (Cindy), his brother Daniel (Irene), grandchildren Jason, William, Christina (deceased), Marc, Melissa, Stephanie and Sean, 7 grandchildren, aunt Alice Smith and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels 450 W. Lake St. Roselle, IL. 60172 on June 12th 8:00-10:30 a.m. to St. Philip the Apostle Church. Mass 11:00 a.m. Military Honors will follow after mass.
