Adalgisa (Cisa) Antonietta Molnaire, born in Trieste, Italy on September 10, 1932, went to be with the Lord on September 10, 2020. Cisa was the daughter of Umberto and Giovanna Romoli. Cisa is survived by a sister, Tosca; a brother, Luciano; nieces, Sonia. Maria, and Gabriela; and a nephew, Rinaldo. She was preceded in death by her parents; her twin sister, Anita; a brother, Carlo; a niece, Paola; and nephew, Ennio.

Cisa came to the United States in 1955 with her first husband, John Holmer, and together they had four children. She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Diana) Holmer and Shawn (Cindy) Holmer; daughter Cindy (Jeff) Jaworski; stepdaughter, Michele Molnaire; grandsons, Paul (Jess), Trevor, Scott (Allison), Zachary (Elizabeth), Nicholas (Lauren) and Nathan; and granddaughters Lauren (John) and Gisa; and greatgrandchildren, Benjamin, Luke, Emma, Wolfgang, and two more on the way. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sonia (Walt) Wieczorek; and stepson, Gary Molnaire.

Cisa is survived by her loving husband, Ken Molnaire, Roselle, Illinois. They were married in May 1983. She met Ken when they were both employed with Sears & Roebuck retailer at Woodfield Mall. Cisa began her employment at SEARS in 1974 and retired in 1986.

Cisa really enjoyed working for SEARS, perhaps because it provided her an opportunity for shopping. She also loved flower gardening, collecting, cooking, playing BINGO, and visiting the Riverboat. But most of all, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren especially during the Christmas season, her favourite time of the year.

Cisa will be laid to rest at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood Illinois.

John 11:25-26 – Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
