Dominic J. Del Signore, Founder of Imperial Service Systems and father of current co-owner Colleen Cavallo, passed away on September 17th, 2021. Dominic was born to Jack and Anna in Youngstown, Ohio on June 8, 1934. He was a star athlete for East High and Youngstown State and is in their respective Halls of Fame. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Nancy (Sullivan), daughter Colleen (Vito), Sons Larry and Michael (Sandi), two sisters Mimi and “Bugger” and a brother Dave. He is predeceased by a sister Rosie, brother Dick and his parents.

Dominic established Imperial in 1973, opened a branch in his hometown (Youngstown) in 1982. Imperial, now in its 48th year of operation, also has a branch in Kenosha Wisconsin and the company is run by his daughter and her husband Vito.

Dominic has 5 grandchildren; From Larry, Brittany and Dominic, from Vito and Colleen Cavallo, Cristina Marie and from Michael and Sandy; Mikey and D (Dominic). And a dog, Molly.

On Friday Sept. 24, we will celebrate Dominic’s life at Salerno’s Rosedale Funeral Home, located at 450 w. Lake St. in Roselle, Illinois. There will be visitation from 10 AM, a prayer and presentation will take place at approximately 11 AM.
