Dorothy O. Gerdisch (nee Korzik), age 88, was the beloved wife of William J.; devoted mother of Diane (Robert) Weipert, Robert (Patricia) Gerdisch; dear sister of the late Dolores Mensinga and Lawrence Korzik; and dear grandmother of Lisa (Jonathan) Tardi, Jennifer (Sean) Noonan, Matthew, David and Renee Gerdisch, and great-grandmother of Franco Tardi. Services will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday, at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (¾ mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Road), Roselle, and proceed to St. Walter Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral chapel. For information, call 630-889-1700.
