Dr. Ralph J. Muska O.D., age 85 of Addison, formerly of Bloomingdale, Beloved Husband of the Late Patricia Ann Muska; Devoted Father of Keith J. (Cyndee) Muska and Brian J. (Nancy) Muska; Adored Grandpa of Kathrine (Danny) Kitzinger, Joseph Muska and Maddie Muska; Dear Brother of the late Thomas Muska; and Loving Uncle of Scott Muska, Craig (Kimberly) Muska and Eric Muska.
Ralph graduated from DePaul University and went on to receive his Doctorate from the Illinois School of Optometry. He began his 50-year practice alongside his father in 1958. Ralph was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing courses around the country including Pebble Beach in California. Other passions included woodworking, bowling, fishing, cheering on his beloved Chicago Cubs, and perhaps his favorite, bragging about his grandchildren. Ralph also took great pride in serving the community as an expert Lector in his church for over 40 years. He had a unique saying for absolutely everything, and always loved sharing a good meal, corny joke and hearty laugh with family and friends. Although he has left a treasure trove of wonderful memories, he will be dearly missed.
