It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joanne Geraci on December 6, 2024, at the age of 80. Born on November 29, 1944, to Isabel and Joe Resendez, Joanne was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished great-grandmother. She lived a life filled with faith, strength, and an unshakable love for her family. Joanne was the beloved wife of Tony Geraci and the devoted mother of Stephen Geraci, Alfonzo “Al” Ramos , Salvatore, “Sam” Geraci, Giovannina “Nina” Geraci, & Joseph “Joe, “ Geraci . Joanne’s legacy is one of love, faith, and resilience. She touched countless lives with her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to her family. She will be remembered as the heart of her family and a guiding light for all who knew her. Family and friends are invited to honor Joanne’s memory at a visitation on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, located at 450 W. Lake Street, Roselle, IL 60172. The family requests donations be made in Joanne’s memory to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Association and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, causes close to her heart. Joanne’s warmth, strength, and love will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
