Kostas Thanopoulos, age 76; Born in Greka, Olympia, Greece; Beloved husband of Xeni (nee Anastasiadis); Devoted father of George (Pauline) and Bobby (Eva); Cherished grandfather of Jenna, Stefani, Constantino, Alexis, Niko, Alex and Christian; Loving brother of Christos (Eugenia) and Amalia (the late Demetri) Papalexis; Dearest Brother-in-law, uncle, godfather, cousin and friend to many. Visitation Wednesday June 1, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Salerno’s Galewood Chapel 1857 N. Harlem Ave. Chicago. Family and friends will meet Thursday morning at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church 6041 W. Diversey Ave. Chicago for 10:00 a.m. Funeral service. Interment will follow to Elmwood Cemetery.
