Mieczyslaw “Mitch” Kozak, Beloved Husband of Janina (nee Konopka); Devoted Father of Emily and Robert Kozak; Loving Son of the late Ryszard and Zofia; Dear Brother of Marek, Arthur and Martha; Dear Uncle of many. 27 years ago Miecyzslaw “Mitch” Kozak came to America in search of a better life. He was an avid lover of nature, people, animals, and of course technology. However his love for history trumped all of these; he was a firm believer that humanity must learn history so that it won’t repeat the mistakes of the past. Suffice to say, he’d often get wrapped up in educating his friends and family on how major historical events unfolded. On this day we celebrate his life and mourn his passing.
