  announces the peaceful passing of Rhodie Laserna Iremedio at the age of
  
  81, surrounded by his family and loved ones on December 14, 2023. Born
  
  in Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines, Rhodie's journey began on December 31,
  
  1942, born to the late Maria Aguilar Laserna Iremedio and the late
  
  Leopoldo Zambrona Iremedio, marking the start of a life that would touch the hearts of many.
 
  Rhodie, a beloved husband to Irene Brillata Iremedio for a wonderful sixty
  
  years, navigated their own challenges throughout their marriage,
  
  overcoming obstacles together, and until the end were inseparable. Their
  
  journey, marked by resilience and shared joy, stands as a testament to the strength of enduring love.
 
  Rhodie was a loving, supportive, and hard working father to his four
  
  children, the late Arnel Iremedio, Rhodelyn Iremedio Bedford (Tobie
  
  Villanueva), Roditha Iremedio Vicente (Romey Vicente), and Henry
  
  Iremedio (Ma Ananatte Iremedio). A grandfather to seven grandchildren;
  
  Richard Louis Homer Iremedio Bedford; George Lowden Bedford; Misha
  
  Ann Iremedio Vicente; Mikayle Vicente; Michael Vicente; Danica Iremedio;
  
  and Rhodie Boy Iremedio. A great grandfather to RV Dirk Nilo. His enduring
  
  legacy is one of love, commitment, and unwavering support. His wisdom,
  
  guidance, and unwavering love shaped the lives of his four children,
  
  creating a foundation of family values that will endure through generations.
  
  Rhodie “Nonoy” is also survived by his brothers and sisters; Rosie I. Acosta
  
  (Rey Acosta), late Eduardo Iremedio (Elvie Iremedio), Delfa I. Lyes,
  
  Rutherlyn I. Guillermo, Leoria I. Baria (Maffy Baria), Dannie Iremedio,
  
  Marycris I Sena, Dr. Ronaldo Iremedio (Liezel Iremedio), As well as many
 
loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
  Beyond his roles as a family man, Rhodie found solace and happiness in
  
  his love for gardening, cooking, and cherished moments with friends.
  
  Whether meeting with friends, watching sports, Filipino Teleserye, or the
  
  ever-beloved Wheel of Fortune, he found joy in shared experiences.
  
  Rhodie memory will be forever etched in the hearts of those who had the
  
  privilege of knowing him. His kindness, wisdom, and the warmth of his
  
  presence will be dearly missed. May he rest in eternal peace, surrounded
  
  by the love that he so freely gave during his time with us.
