Jane Ann (Talento) Hosek

Jane Ann (Talento) Hosek, age 90, passed away on January 14, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Benedict S. Hosek. Jane is survived by her six children including Bernadette (Steve) Zeppetello, Victoria Drennan, Joseph Hosek, Lieutenant CFD Benedict J. Hosek (Hilary), Jacqueline Hosek (fiancee Greg Robertazzo), and Gina (Lou) Ligouri. Jane is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Jane was a 52 year resident of Galewood, and in addition to being a mother and grandmother, she helped her husband with his business, Ben Hosek & Sons, and she also worked for St. Paul Federal for 14 years in the neighborhood. Jane was a devoted member of St. William Parish for over 44 years.

A visitation will be held at St. William Catholic Church (2600 N Sayre Avenue, Chicago) at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, immediately followed by a funeral mass at 10:30 AM, with private burial to follow.
