Our Sweet Ann! So many memories and never forgotten stories on Nassau Drive! Your devotion to God has always amazed me! You are now an Angel, that will always watch over everyone that you’ve touched! Love you our Dear Ann (aka Ms Ann to all the boys on Nassau Drive)

She was an Angel given to us to teach us love. She gave love without condition and inspired without reward. She has left me with many happy memories I can look back on. especially her Words of Wisdom and smiles we shared on March 22 “I will hold you in my heart until I can hold you in heaven.

My heart is broken at the loss of my beloved Auntie Nita. I know my broken heart is shared by so many. Those of us that were blessed to have her in our lives, I know you will all miss that beautiful, soft spoken person she was. Her smile, and open arms that always greeted you with the biggest hug, and when she hugged you, you knew you were loved! She was always the rock in which so many of us could confide in, she always listened, and with a smile, her hands crossed, and a shrug of her shoulder she would offer her best advice. She was always eager to share the news of family graduations, weddings, new family members’ that joined this every growing family. She was always willing to take an adventure, something as simple as sitting in the back yard, taking a weekend trip to Michigan to see other family, shopping, joining me on some small excursion. I will miss her beautiful smile, her kindness tremendously! My heart hurts, but I know she is no longer in pain, and is in a better place, she is now home with her family that has already passed on. To my Auntie Anita’s children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren which she loved so much, may her beautiful memories help you thru this most difficult time.

Beautiful Anita was a gem. I met her in California even though Monica was like a sister in my family in Chicago. I loved that she was an athlete. Howeve, I mostly remember her as a kind, caring, and loving mom and grandma to Monica and Sarah. I am grateful they were together in her passing. God bless all and I hope for peace in knowing Anita was beloved and at rest.

My heart is broken at the loss of my Aunt Anita. She was so loved by me and by many. She was loving, kind and giving. Her home was always open to everyone. She always had a smile and a hug for you. She would listen and encourage and pray for everyone. She was truly the core of our family and I will miss her immensely. I I know she is with Jesus and all the other family members who have gone before her. I know she is happy and pain free and that brings me a little comfort because I loved her so much. She has left me with so many happy memories I can look back on.
