Hi Uncle Barry, You are missed so much by each & every one of us. Our family gatherings will never be the same without you & no one will be able to bring the comedy & jokes to the party like you do - throughout the entire time! You were always very happy & enjoyed making people laugh & I always looked forward to seeing you at parties. Growing up, and till this day, you & Aunt Cathy host the best parties! You were the grill master & your roasts were always so delicious!! Aunt Cathy always made a feast alongside your grilling & those meals were so epic!! I always got excited to eat your food! Everyone would become very quite once the food was ready & would eat & eat until we couldn’t move; going back for seconds & thirds. And one of the most special memories that us kids have thanks to you & Aunt Cathy was the pure magic that you & Aunt Cathy made for Easter!! Those egg hunts were a little kids’ dream! I remember opening your doors when you yelled go & seeing the abundance of colorful eggs spread out across your huge backyard, fence, & front yard. They were filled with money, candy, & prize numbers which we were so excited to redeem at the end! We are so blessed to have you in our family Uncle Barry, you always made the good times better & I will cherish the memories & all the good energy, love, & laughter you brought to the family - it will be missed so very much. One final note, it was really special for me when years ago I noticed you taking a liking to Mikey. Seeing the two of yours friendship was very special to me & gave me confidence that I might have found a good one if my favorite Uncle Barry loves him! I love you so much forever. Until we meet again, Steph

To my Uncle Barry from your nephew Mike: I cannot begin to express the sadness I feel knowing I will not get to share more years of special memories with you. I could always count on you to give me your “special advice” on just about every topic under the sun. I always looked up to you as a kid growing up and you were there for me during many life learning moments. I will truly miss you Uncle Barry. Love you lots, Mike.

Hey babe! I'll never forget the first time we met. I was a freshman and you were a sophomore. We both had the same science class and sitting across from you and for whatever reason you decided to throw a light blub down my top. That's where it all began. We had a good run married 43 years dated for almost 5. Life will never be the same without you. Love you forever...Cathy

Uncle Barry, my favorite uncle. So many memories and good times we all had. You were so funny and we always looked forward to see you Aunt Cathy and Christopher. My heart is breaking. I am so sad for my Dad as he loved you so much!! I am so thankful that I got to tell you that I love you and that you were a great uncle, in fact you were everyone's favorite uncle. I know you are in a better place and suffering no more. I know we will all be together again someday!! Until then I will cherish all the great memories!! Love and miss you Uncle Barry!

Barry, I never thought this day would come in my lifetime. We have been through so much in the 62years, 11 months and 17 days of your life. The joy of the day you were born and now the sadness of your passing and so much in between..our marriages, the birth of our children, the passing of our parents. Know how much you have been loved. As I write this I am smiling remembering how sweet and funny you were, all our family get togethers when we were waiting for you and Cathy to arrive and make our gathering complete. Until we meet again save a space for your "Meesta Seesta" . I love you....

Well brother, I certainly am glad that I was able to take my kids to visit before you passed. I’ll never forget the time we went to the bowling alley and you won the shake of the day. When we left we walked back to my house after tackling trees on the way. And I remember when you came to visit and you started the siren on my police car. You could fix anything and gave me pointers on a lot of things. I love you and miss you until we meet again. Ted, your big fat sassy brother

Barry and I always hung out together when we lived over on Chase St. I remember walking next door and he had the transmission of his car laying on the driveway. Always fixing something.I grew hot peppers and we ate some and they were burning hot. I did a somersault and we laughed.. He helped me fix a broken pipe in the front hall closet.water spraying everywhere. He was a good friend and I will always remember the good times with him .
