Belarmino “Minito” Sagols, lovingly known as “Bel” to friends and “Minito” to his family, peacefully departed this world, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and resilience. A man of immense warmth and kindness, Minito was a beacon of joy to everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Minito brought magic to every Christmas as Santa Claus, spreading joy and love as he handed out gifts with his signature smile and twinkle in his eye. His laugh, rich and hearty, could light up any room, and his positive outlook on life inspired all who crossed his path. He had a unique gift for turning challenging moments into uplifting ones, often reminding us, “The world just keeps spinning with or without you.”

A devoted father, Minito’s love for his children, Belarmino “BJ” Sagols, Alexander Sagols, and Jennifer Sagols, was unwavering. Jennifer lovingly stepped up to care for him during his time of need, a testament to their unbreakable bond. Minito’s heart and home were also shared with Carlos, who he welcomed into his family with open arms and loved as one of his own. Each of his children carries forward the light and love he brought into their lives.

Minito’s ability to brighten the darkest moments was unmatched. During a power outage, when others may have felt unsettled by the dark, Minito quickly grabbed flashlights and began making faces to fill the room with laughter. It was just one of the countless ways he transformed difficult situations into joyful memories.

Minito’s passion for helping others extended into his work in real estate and tax preparation. Known for his exceptional ability to find opportunities and educate his clients, he took pride in securing the best outcomes for them. His long list of loyal clients is a testament to the trust and care he poured into his work year after year.

To his family, Minito was more than a father, brother, and uncle—he was a source of unconditional love, forgiveness, and strength. His ability to find humor and hope in every situation, paired with his caring and compassionate heart, made him a pillar of support and joy.

Belarmino “Minito” Sagols leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever be cherished by his children, his extended family, and the countless lives he touched. Though he may no longer be with us, his laughter, wisdom, and boundless love will live on in our hearts forever.

Uncle Bel, you were the very best Santa, always late and made us wait until midnight. Missing that laughter and all the dad jokes. You were always kind and going to miss you dearly. No more suffering and no more pain. Rest in peace with Mima, Mino and my Papi. Love your eldest niece Judy

To my dad, I’ll always be your baby. Daddy’s little girl Even through adulthood you were always number one in my world. Being your pain in the but or the nurse to give you your shot. All the time you took care of me, I was so young to know I was taking care of you with all of my heart. 31 years of you in my life. I always wished you walked me down the aisle as I became a wife. Butterfly kisses by bob Carlisle was our song. I just wished we could have danced it one more time before you were gone. I remember pretending to have a mustache And all the memories from bad times to happy laughs. Man you were such a great man. My number one fan. God gained a great angel. Watch over me dad. I Love you so so so much. Te quiero mucho papi!

To my eldest cousin Bel, may you RIP and be joined in heaven with my aunt Lola and my dear mother Migdalia whom I cherished both very much. You were a good father raising BJ, Alex and Jennifer. I appreciated your good intentions towards me. God bless you, from your youngest cousin. Say hello to my mom whom I miss dearly.
