Carole A. Vitucci, nee Kosik; Carole was a lifelong Chicagoan and a die-hard Cub fan. Beloved wife of the late Joe; Devoted mother of Lisa (Dale) Lev, Nancy, Rosellen (Tim) and the late Frank Vitucci; Dear sister of Jack (Lin) Kosik and the late Loretta Pazelli; Adored G of Dr. Rachel and Michael; Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews including Pamela and Michaeline, who preceded her in death; Proud mom of Candi; grandmother to Wendall Barry, Maddux, Mia and Luna; great grandmother to Ziva and Millie her beloved pets; Please make memorial donations to Little Brothers, Friends of the Elderly at www.LBFEchicago.org
