It was a pleasure to meet Don in 2024 working with him and his family is a caregiver to help him with his daily needs. You will be truly missed by many. I know you're shining down upon your family and friends from the Heavens above until you meet again. Amen. Kathy King

Still remember the 1st time I walked into the Patio. Was 1978 and was with Steve DeVivo (Carms) after a Blackhawks game Don asked did they win? Where’s your stubs? Gave us a hotdog because the Hawks won. When i reminded him of that story 30 years later he did the same when I took my son to his 1st Hawks game. The Patio for us was a ritual after the Blackhawks game. Don was always quick with a hello and a smile. He will be missed. R.I.P. Don.

I remember Ducky on a warm summer night at his stand at Taylor and Garibaldi cooking sausages on the grill, sausage sandwich and a pop for a dollar, getting change back, and Ducky saying, "Next." Rest in peace, Ducky. Thanks for all the good food and laughs.
