Our deepest and sincere sympathies to our pal Frankie, who like his Dad never forgot our friendship! Family friends for 75 years. Our hearts bleed as being 1600 miles away prevents our last respects to our buddy who God has called. To you Frank St, I promise to put him in each of entire family’s prayers, and again never will we forget our friendship. Tedy Nadile and family

Antoinette and Frankie I am truly sorry for your loss. Frank left so many of us with his kindness, sincerity and joy. So if he was sent in our lives to believe in warmth, generosity and caring his job was well done. Frank will always be a part of our souls and your family will always be in our hearts. His smile lit up room and I am so proud that I knew him and to say he was my best friend and the brother I never I had. Frank, save a chair for me at the table, cause the journey we had over 50 years cannot be over. I love you brother! Lenny

Frank will be greatly missed but his warm and kind spirit will be remembered. I will always remember Frank for the support he offered providing union laborers for my company. As I worked to grow my business Frank was a source of knowledge, helping to navigate the requirements and remain compliant. He was firm but very fair. Understanding the challenges of a small business, he was always very supportive, ready to jump in and help. And I know he was also a great support to the many laborers he helped to get work out of Local One. Frank will be remembered as a great person who made a positive impact on many. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
