George you will be missed. I will forever remember the many work lunches at the Verdict. I will especially miss our golf talks about fundamentals and different courses. Many people don’t know that George had a handshake that could break your hand! George and Anna are like family to me and my sister Melissa, brother in law Anthony, niece Luciana, and fiancé Katelyn. God bless you George and God bless you Anna. Please let us know if you need anything at all.

Dear Anna and family, We are so sorry to hear of George’s passing. He was a wonderful man with a generous smile. He would always put a little something extra in your carry out bag if he knew you were sick. So darn sweet. Bob ( my husband) shared the same birthday as George. It was always a joy to come in and share birthday wishes with him. We will always remember him as a kind gentle man who adored his wife. Praying for your strength , God bless all who loved him , Bob and Arlene Greenberg

Our family is so heartbroken at the loss of George. He was a rock to Anna and to so many. He was Quiet strength but the softest heart. We knew George ( Anna) when our oldest daughter Mikaela, at 15 went into the Verdict to get herself a job. This was the beginning of seemingly a lifetime of 4 out of 5 daughters all working at the Verdict for George and Anna . A legacy was born with then Lexi, Kara and Alex all working at our family favorite , the Verdict. George and Anna were like second parents to our girls giving them valued lessons for life, They have been part of the showers weddings and baby showers over the years. George was supposed to visit and golf in lake Geneva and we are beyond Sad that his life with us all had ended. We know our lord in heaven has gained a true Angel . We will miss him dearly..

George was a special man. I have been eating at The Verdict for over 20 years, and for over 20 years I was greeted by his "happy to see you" smile. George and Anna became a part of the DuPage Courthouse family, and we, in turn, became part of The Verdict family. I would often eat alone in between court calls and George would come and sit with me. I enjoyed those lunches with George immensely as they took me back to when I would eat at our own family restaurant with my Dad. I will miss him. May His Memory Be Eternal

On behalf of the entire AHEPA Family of Clearwater, Florida, our thoughts & prayers are with Anna & her family. Many of our members were originally from the Chicago area and knew George very well. While others knew George from the many AHEPA national golf tournaments in which they participated with him over the years. George will be dearly missed but never forgotten, as his legacy will live on through his family & friends. "May His Memory Be Eternal" Gus Pantelides, President AHEPA "Steve Tsagaris" Chapter 356 Clearwater, Florida
