We are so sad to lose a fellow Lion but most of all our friend. To your family, our condolences and our love. Jerry's smile can light up a room. God Bless you all.

I am very sorry to hear of Jerry’s passing. I worked with Jerry for many years in the FDIC’s Chicago Regional Office. He was an avid exercise buff. We, along with some other co-workers, would often run, workout, or climb stairs during lunchtime. We participated in stairclimb events at the Prudential Building in Chicago and at another building in Oak Brook, IL. He was a really nice guy and I had fun hanging out with him. This is very sad news for me. I considered him a friend and I will miss him. He will be in my thoughts and prayers. May he Rest in Peace.

Jerry became a Lion and then instantly became a good friend as well. He served the Bloomingdale Lions Club very well. It was always a pleasure to chat with him. My wife, Karen and I share our deepest sympathies with Kay and their family.

We loved him dearly and enjoyed his friendship for decades, over many continents and through so many adventures. His love of baseball took him and steve to so many states and fields. Life will not be the same without him.
