Jane M. Buthman, Age 93 ( nee Raschke). Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mother of Mark Buthman, Patricia Pellicane, Marisue (late Gavin) Freed and Joanne (Kenneth) Champagne. Adored daughter of the late Alfred and Gladys (nee Emery) Raschke. Dear sister of the late Alfred (late Loraine) Raschke, Jr. Cherished grandmother of Michael (Pam) Pellicane, Thomas (Shannon) Pellicane, William Freed, Jason (Kelly) Freed, Evan Freed, Nicholas Champagne, Christina Champagne and the late David Pellicane, Proud great grandmother of Giada Pellicane, Jacob Pellicane, Sophia Pellicane, Lucy Freed and Abby Freed. Jane worked for several organizations over her career – State of Illinois, Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village and at Cantigny in Wheaton. She was also a past board member for Fenton High School and St. Alexis Church, both in Bensenville. Visitation for Jane will be held on Saturday Sept. 7 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. all at Corpus Christi Church in Carol Stream. Interment will be held privately at Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago at a later date.

Hi Grandma, I know you are not my Grandma, but everybody, and I called you Grandma as a term of “endearment”. I always looked forward to talking with you at family gatherings. I know that “family” already in Heaven will enjoy having you in their “family gatherings” as well as will Jesus. I ask you one thing. Please pray for Pam’s healing. Love you, Pam’s Dad, Larry
