Kathy, this is one of your friends from our youth ! I saw in a Roselle post the passing of your Dad, just wanted to say he was an exceptional Dad and person. I remember how kind and funny he was when we were growing up. Thinking of your family.

Kathy. Barbara, and Dorothy, On behalf of the Nebel family. I know you know how we all felt about your dad. He was a great guy and better yet a great neighbor. He never got upset when we were play basketball in his driveway or playing in the doll house. He even helped my mom with the kids when they were sick. He was an extraordinary man and a good friend to all of us. I'm sure he has found my dad and they are having a lively conversation already. We love you all, He will be missed. God Bless and I hope he's enjoying his Barbara again. Love Vickie and Family.

Your presence at Mass as an Usher, at Board Meetings, giving blood at our K of C Blood Drives made you the man I and the Roselle Community always looked up to and admired. You will be missed. Dan and Anne

Every Roselle resident owes a debt of gratitude to Joe Devlin who worked tirelessly to make Roselle a great place to live. They may not know his name but the results of his efforts are all around them. He was a great friend to our family and we will miss him very much.

A great public servant who laid the ground work for many of the outstanding decisions that have made Roselle the town to live in. He gave all future elected officials the proper protocol to guide the town forward. We all owe him a salute!
