My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My dad has shared so many wonderful stories of his time spent with Norman’s family during his childhood, and I know this loss is profound for him and for so many more.

I'm so sorry to hear of Norm's death. I knew him through EASA and served on the Board of Directors with him. My prayers to God that he comfort and bless his family and loved ones. He will be in a better place than here.

My condolences to Diane, Alisa, Todd, as well as George, and the entire Flolo family. I was fortunate to know Norm first as a parent in the neighborhood I grew up in. Later he gave me an opportunity at a critical time in my life to join the Flolo Company. While I was only there a couple years that time @ Flolo helped set a career foundation for me. Norm was a thoughtful, compassionate family man, and leader. He will be missed by all fortunate to have know or worked with him.

Mr. Flolo was just an all around amazing human being! I met Mr. and Mrs. Flolo from their daughter Alisa and I have so many fond memories of him. The love that he had for his family was truly out of this world! On my wedding day he told me "you know you can call me Norm" I looked at him and said "NOPE" you will always be Mr. Flolo to me. We all new that if Mr. Flolo was attending any function that we were at he would have his camera in hand ready to get those meaningful shots, some of my best photos of my family were from him. I truly wondered on the day Alisa got married was his camera going to be with him? I know he was loved by so many and will truly be missed!!

I had the pleasure of knowing and working for Norman for nearly 17 years, and put quite simply- A Fine stand-up man all around he will be missed; I enjoyed our chats on topics ranging from weather to photography, he has a weather pressure monitor in his office and we often talked on that and how it works and what it means. I always found this fascinating!! very kind nice man for sure. my thoughts go to the family during this trying time as well. Nick Brooks
