Patricia Gnoffo

Patricia Jean Gnoffo (nee Rogacki) passed away peacefully on September 21, 2024. She was the loving wife of Vincent; loving mother of Vincent (Kim Turner), Gina (Michael Cook), and Joseph (Terra Odmark); adored Mimi of Emma Rose, Penelope Charlevoix, Grayson Vincent, and Magnolia August; dear daughter of the late William and Mary; and cherished sister of Bob, Carolyn, Susan, John, and Joe. Her life was a testament to love, family, and joy. She always put others first and lit up every room she entered with her joyful spirit, smile, and laugh. Her thoughtfulness extended far beyond her immediate family, touching friends, neighbors, and everyone who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness.
Patricia’s faith was a guiding force in her life. She was a Eucharistic Minister at her church, a role that she embraced with dedication and love. Her faith was not just a part of her life but a part of who she was. She was raised in Norridge with her five siblings, and family was one of the foundations of their values. As a teenager, Pat met the love of her life, Vince, and they continued the legacy of family with three children and a life built in West Chicago. Patricia loved to dance and move and be active. She was always up for an adventure and a new experience. She was caring and generous to others. Loving, compassionate, kind, protective, and strong are just a few adjectives that describe Pat. A funeral mass to celebrate Pat’s life will be held at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 1415 W. Lies Road, Carol Stream, IL 60188, on Saturday, 10/12/24, at 10 a.m. Burial at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton will be held privately.
