Nuong my deepest sympathies to you and your entire family. While I did not know your brother, it is easy to see how important he was to you and how much you loved him. That will never change. I wish I had something profound to say, but in this situation words do not even seem like they do much good. Praying for you and your family. Karen Roete

I am the HR Manager at Magnet-Schultz of America where Ricky worked as a CNC Machine Operator. One day my husband and I were at Menards shopping and Ricky waived us down to say hello. This speaks volume of the type of person Ricky was. Very outgoing, friendly and kind. Most people would have gone out of their way to avoid their HR Manager. It was then that I met his and Onah’s adorable son Donovan. At work, Ricky was a hard-working man with always a huge smile on his face. All of his co-workers liked him, and have continuously asked for updates on his condition. Today we have to break hearts and let Ricky’s friends and co-workers know of his passing. RIP Ricky, you were a great guy and a great employee. You are, and always will be missed!,
