Gus was the Beloved Husband of The Late Jean “Flynn” Casaccio: Loving Father of Kenneth “Kenny” (Anne)Casaccio, Tim(Marie)Casaccio, Terrance(Kristina)Casaccio, Lynda Watts-Casaccio, Daniel(Lynda)Casaccio and Karen Casaccio: Loving Grandfather of Melisa(Eddie)Mitchell, Frank(Angela)Casaccio, John Casaccio, Michelle Casaccio, Madeline Casaccio, Sabrina Casaccio, Ciara Watts, Kalen Watts, Ryan Casaccio and Niko Casaccio, Tiffany Casaccio, Danny(Sarah) Mitchell, Ashley Mitchell: Great Grandfather of Sadie, Avery Mitchell and Sarah: Beloved Brother of The Late Anthony(Margaret)Casaccio.
Gus Casaccio Sr. a immigrant from Italy opened his first Grocery Store in 1923 on Chicago’s Westside that was eventually taken over by his two son’s Tony and Gus Jr. Casaccio. Over many years of business Gus Jr.’s son’s took over the family business for the Third Generation of Leamington Foods on the Westside of Chicago. Leamington Foods in 2023 is celebrating it’s 100th year in business and proudly being taken over by a Fourth Generation, Frank and Ryan Casaccio. At 89 Years old Gus was still going to work along side his son’s and grandson’s. Gus truly loved his Family Grocery Store Business.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Gus was an amazing man / friend. so many get memories. He was a very kind man that touched my heart 30 years ago when I first met him. God bless his family.

Gus, Tony and Patricia are my mom's first cousins. I remember them very well. I remember the fun times we had the summer home in Paddock Lake, Wi.
