Christine Ippolito (nee Ricci), Age 95, passed away peacefully Thursday February 22, 2024. She was born on Christmas Day 1928 in Chicago to Carmen and Marie (nee DiSibio) Ricci. Christine loved to paint, dance and travel. She also loved working out and shopping with her grandchildren. Christine married the love of her life Ross Ippolito on 9/11/1949 they were blessed with four children, Karen, Marcia (who preceded Christine in death), Char and Rick. Ross & Christine were married for 62 years. They enjoyed seeing & traveling the world together. he often referred to her as his bride. Christine is survived by her children, Karen (Tony) Wiers, Char Ketz, and Rick (Holly) Ippolito; 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren. Christine is now reunited with her husband, Ross and Baby girl Marcia. May they all rest in peace.

I'm very sorry to see you go. It was much too soon but I guess he felt like it was time to go see Ross. I'll always remember the good times you me and char had sitting around the table in the kitchen in Elmhurst drinking coffee talking and laughing. Those are memories that I will always have and many more over the 59 years that I have known her and I even called her mom

I have known you for 50 years! Although we have been separated by many miles, you were always in my thoughts and my heart ❤️, I will miss you but I know that you are now without pain and in a BETTER PLACE! I know we will see each other again and until then Rest in Peace! Love, Mary-Jo
