Former Nippes Parliamentarian, President of Haiti’s House of Representatives, Senator, Minister-Counselor to the Ambassador of Panama, professor, and political pundit Frantz Robert Mondé has passed. He was ushered into the next realm with his children, grandchildren, and friends at his side. This great son of Haiti is survived by two of his four siblings, seven children, and nine grandchildren who will forever cherish him.
