Joe was always good to be around, as a person and as a police officer. I worked with him many times on the SPPD many years ago. I remember him fondly and respectfully. It is sad to hear that he has departed. Peter J. Puleo Chief of Police (Ret.) Schiller Park Police Department

Dear Joe, Though we have been separated by miles, you were always loved and . missed. You and your family were wonderful friends and neighbors for many years, and always thought of with love. Heaven is lucky to have such a fine man. You will be missed by many.
