Uncle Joe - Sally and I had the pleasure of your friendship through our son-in-law and daughter, Jim and Sarah Nielsen. The world was a better place with you and Joyce in it. We always enjoyed spending time with you and Joyce reminiscing about the good old days and learning about your family. Until we meet again, you and Joyce can share your stories with the lord.

Uncle Joe was a blessing and such an amazing man. He will be missed and loved by us and many others. His wittiness and his Uncle “Joeisms”, as we like to call them, will live forever with us and generations to come. Up until the end, he was saying he had “the bonkus of the conkus”, and he was “in good shape for the shape he’s in”. He was more than an uncle, but a fatherly staple in our lives. God bless him!
