Beloved friend and former spouse of Charlene Danko; Devoted father of Stephanie (Steven) Ferraro and Nicole (Justin) Placko; Loving son of the late Michael and Carlita Danko; Dear brother of Mary (Mitchell) Piznarski and the late Michele Danko; Dear grandfather of Francesca Ferraro; Dear uncle of Danielle Baldwin; Joe loved spending time with his family and his lifelong friends. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University, he spent a short time in the banking industry before going on to own his own sign company for the past 25 years. He was an avid golfer and huge football fan. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Memory of Joseph to the American Cancer Society at donate3.cancer.org or call 1-800-227-2345.

All of us at RSi Design would like to pass on our sincerest condolences. We were deeply saddened to here of Joe's passing. Joe was always a pleasure to deal with and we were lucky enough to do business together for may years. As per the familys request we have made a donation in Joe's name to the American Cancer Society.
