Katie my dear, we knew you before you were born. Our daughters played with you and Stephanie when you were all tinies. Your mom and dad are precious friends of ours for om college. Your earthly life may be over but you are living on through love in the hearts of your mom, your dad, your sister, your daughter and her daddy. God bless you. Meet up and reunite with our Jessica in Heaven and give her a hug and some love for me.

My heart grieves for Katie and her family. She has left a huge hole in the hearts of all who loved her. My two children played with Stephanie and Katie as toddlers so many, many years ago. Her daughter Lucy will be cherished by all.

Dear Katie I met you so many years ago, you were a brand new nurse and I was blessed to be your preceptor. Right off the bat I knew you were special- kind ,compassionate, respectful, funny, and smart . As our working relationship grew I took on the role of a mama bear…despite events and situations I hope you know I never doubted or had regrets sticking up for you, after all everyone needs someone in their corner. Over the years we certainly lost touch; if it wasn’t for FaceBook I wouldn’t of known about Nick, your precious daughter Lucy, and of your unfortunate untimely passing. I pray for your soul Katie and for strength for those who love you.

Katie will be so dearly missed. I've known her now for a little over 15 years as I married into the family. She wasn't just my husband's (Ryan) cousin, she was mine too and became a friend to me. To say I will miss her beautiful smile, the sparkle in her eyes, and the sweetness of her spirit is a complete understatement. May you rest well Katie, knowing you are missed and your family all loves you so much.
