Where to begin…Marian had such a beautiful soul. She would do anything for her family. You and Grandpa created an amazing foundation for our family. The love you showed to each other is a gift that I will cherish forever. I have fond memories growing up going to grandma and grandpa’s house. We played games, we baked cookies, you made the best popcorn with that top secret seasoning, and Tim and I would always fight over who got to sleep on the magic bed. As an adult I found a new way to connect with you. I will cherish our car ride conversations to/from Wisconsin, our lunch visits and of course I can never forget the proper way you taught me how to clean your chandelier. You taught me the value of a dollar and made me earn every penny when I did your spring cleaning. I’m so grateful of everything you and grandpa did to help put me on a path for success. You were one of my biggest cheerleaders. I am so grateful you answered the phone and we were able to have one last conversation the night before you passed. I will cherish that conversation forever. While I miss you so much already, I am comforted knowing that you are reunited with Grandpa, Aunt Jo and your parents. Rest easy Grandma, as you have left behind an amazing legacy and family who love you very much. We’ll take it from here.
