My husband and I moved in next door to Nancy about 6 years ago. Nancy had a special, tender way about her! I could always find her sitting on her front porch step, enjoying the weather and her flower pots. We occasionally chatted about flowers and she always smiled and waved as I left for work, errands, etc. This past spring we pulled out some bushes and planted hydrangeas in the area that was most in view to Nancy's porch. A while back she had mentioned she loved purple and pink, and so it seemed only appropriate to pick colors that she would enjoy seeing, especially since she would probably be viewing them more than I would. She was thrilled when the hydrangeas bloomed! I'll be sure to think about Nancy each year as I see their blooms, how she enjoyed looking at the flowers, and all the talks we had together in the coming and going of life. She will be missed! Blessings to you Jeff, and family, as you grieve her loss. Brian & Sarah Severson
