Nancy Kozlowski was born on July 3rd, 1963 in Chicago, IL and passed away on October 10th, 2023 in Lake Geneva Wisconsin, Nancy was born in Chicago and raised by Janet and Lee Cooper. She had three wonderful siblings to learn from Bob, Jim, & Cathy. The family ventured to California but soon found their way back to Chicago. Nancy attended Forman High School. During her freshman year Phillip Kozlowski pulled up in a white corvette and swept her off her feet. After graduating, the love birds moved to Medinah and began their marriage. Shortly after, the two created three beautiful children, Suzanne, Phillip and Crystal. There was never a shortage of adventure as the family enjoyed road trips, camping, skiing, snowmobiling, boating, and ATVing. She was the super mom! Always going above and beyond for the family. As the kids grew older, she desired a passion for travel and started her own agency, Dream Vacations. Nancy and her loving husband experienced vacations many would dream of. It gave her great satisfaction to share the exciting stories. Later in life there became struggles. Her son Phillip at the age of 29, passed away in May of 2015 and to follow she almost lost the love of her life 4 months later in a devastating car accident. Soon after, she developed a battle of her own with liver and kidney disease. She was the strongest woman we ever met. After several years battling her illness, she passed and will always be remembered as a loving, caring, compassionate wife and mother. Visitation will be held at Salerno’s Funeral Home in Roselle, IL on October 16th, 2023, from 3 to 9pm. Following services on October 17th, 2023, Mass will be held at St. Walters Church, in Roselle at 10:00am and the burial will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, where Nancy will be laid by her beloved son to rest.

Nancy was a great asset to the Kozlowski family. She always had a smile to brighten your day. She was generous and loving to a fault. She keep going even after the lose of her son, the near dearh of her husband and her own health issues. The Lord knew she couldn't bare it anymore and called her home. She is at peace and watching her family from above side by side with Phillip.
