I worked with Nick for a couple years while at Wrigley. We spent a ton of time on the Lifesaver’s wrappers (much to our dislike haha). I always appreciated our conversations, which were often filled with fun banter, problem solving and chatter about life. I will never forget that laugh and grin when he called “ohhh Mikey” when he needed some help! He often talked with pride of his daughter and family. Nick was one of the good ones and will definitely be missed. My deepest condolences and prayers to all of his loved ones.

A true gentleman. Nick possessed a sly sense of humor and genuine warmth to his friends. He was a light of life to all that knew him. Blessings to his family from his friends in Texas.

Nick was a very dear friend starting back to our grammar school days; growing up together with his other neighborhood friends on the northwest side of Chicago; and through the many life events and turns since. All through the years Nick embraced life and loved the company of his family and friends. Nick was true to the meaning of being a friend. Rest in Peace My Friend. Don Diotallevi

I worked with Nick for many years and always enjoyed his laugh and his easy grin. I worked on his home network and PC's that he had for his wife's business as well. After he left Wrigley, I enjoyed his facebook posts from his German Mardi Society gatherings as well. He was a friend, and he will be missed. For his loved ones that he leaves behind, I give you a message that helped me greatly with the death of my parents and my first wife that is a truth as I see it.: Grief never ends. But it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith. It is the price of love. (Donna VanLiere). My sincerest condolences on your loss, and my best to you and your family during this difficult time. With respect, Kevin Merlo

Liebe Heroldine, mein herzliches Beileid.

Although we never met Nick in person, we felt we knew him from the many pictures we enjoyed. It was evident that he and Dina made an excellent team and enjoyed life together. Our love goes out to the family, especially Dina. May he Rest In Peace.
